Men's discipleship and fellowship is encouraged through discipleship and small groups.  At different times we have homiletics, hermeneutics, and other discipleship classes.  All of the men in our church who are members and that have speaking gifts are used and exposed to various opportunities to use the gifts including:  song leading, leading our Lord's Table observance, teaching in children's church, teaching Sunday school (adult and children), the public reading of Scripture and leading small groups.
