"When True Faith Meets Real Trouble"
James 5:7-12

I. True Faith Will Not Faint (vv. 7-8)

        A. True Faith is Patient.

        B. True Faith is Biblically Grounded (established)

II. True Faith Will Not Fight (v. 9)

        A. True Faith Will Not Complain

        B. True Faith Will Not Retaliate

III. True Faith Will Not Forget (vv. 10-11)

        A. The Sufficiency of the Prophets

        B. The Patience of Job

Six Principles to Remember:

        #1. Suffering for right living will bring joy and happiness.

        #2. God will give us His patience to endure all the injustice man can         invent.

        #3. God is using trials to bring our faith to maturity.

        #4. God has a goal in mind for us.

        #5. God is pitiful and merciful.

        #6. God is soverign.

IV. True Faith Will Not Fume (v. 12)

Conclusion

        When our faith meets real trouble, will our faith prove to be true faith?
